Professional Background
I'm the founder of Rich Realty Group, a humanity-centered real estate initiative focused on accommodation management, property utilization, and accessible housing solutions designed to create long-term value for both tenants and property stakeholders. In addition, I lead Unistay Solutions Limited, a student accommodation initiative established to address the growing challenges within Ghana’s tertiary housing ecosystem. Through close engagement with students and firsthand industry experience, I identified recurring issues including accommodation shortages, affordability pressures, poor coordination, misinformation, and exploitative housing systems affecting students and young professionals. Through these initiatives, I continue to contribute to practical interventions aimed at improving housing accessibility, accommodation management, and student welfare within Ghana’s accommodation sector. My areas of specialization include student accommodation solutions, rental and occupancy management, real estate support services, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, and community-focused problem solving. I remain passionate about advancing sustainable housing solutions and supporting conversations that drive innovation, collaboration, and long-term impact within Ghana’s housing industry.
